with a swimming pool, recreational room where there are video games / billiards as well as tennis courts, mini golf and other planned activities such as hay rides. There are nearby walking trails as well as gardner lake for fishing. This is our third year and it is a beautiful, peaceful, well maintained campground where you can feel safe and enjoy the outdoors in a tent, cabin, pop up, or trailer. You will meet some of the nicest people ever at this campground.

Decent, quiet park, a little run down but the price was ok for the area. The people there were very kind and welcoming. It's also open year round which is hard to find in the area. We'd go there again.

Do not wast your time here this place has so many rules kids r better off at a state park my opinion. They close the pool at three in the afternoon and ur teenage kids cant be by them selves...srry i dnt wipe my grown childs ass...im not following around to play mini golf and splash in the pool. I promise this place will only go down hill as more people move out or sell and less campers in the active season...why go here when hidden acres stateline and strawberry park..although costly...you will enjoy ur stress free camping/rving a lot more beleive me.where the kid activites...just truat me dont wast the $$$

Best place to relax

Have lot's of fun there

We love Acorn Acres. Sis is absolutely wonderful. Acorn acres is kid friendly

Do not stay here! The woman is very rude! They shut off our water and didn't feel the need to tell us and can't give an estimated time as to when it would be back on, her response "I'm lucky I have a plumber ". Not kid friendly! There are way too many rules! She will try to sneak additional charges in. Even having a guest visit you have to pay extra fees. Absolutely disgusted with my experience! There are tons of beautiful amenities to this place but all you can do is look at them because there are too many rules preventing you and your children from enjoying them.
