I'm love Amazon, so UPS, Bozrah is at my door quite often. Even my daughter has all her kids Christmas presents delivered to my house. (So kids don't find them) Never had a problem. My driver is polite and delivers on time. If I'm not home, he leaves it on my step as instructed to do so. I just wish I was one of the morning deliveries but I know he will be there every evening. Sorry you've had some bad experiences. Mine have always been positive.
Sketchy. Driver delivered a large box on my porch, opened my door and set off my alarm. Then say in my driveway for 5 minutes and left the minute I opened my door to bring in the box.
Decent location, sort of out of the way for a drop off spot.
The help there is always attentive to customers needs. They are very helpful in all shipping options. The drivers are always smiling and offer help if needed.
I've worked with ups for a little less than a year and I'm satisfied with the environment and atmosphere I work in... they stress safety and punctuality. . And take care of their employees the only upset is how early start time is but if your not there before the sun comes up the warehouse the place turns into an oven... summer can be brutal but bearable. . If you don't mind being drenched in sweat. .. and can stay hydrated because if you don't you will feel it's affects.... but I give ups 4 out of 5 stars
